How can cinema become a powerful tool for raising awareness about maritime and climate issues?

In an effort to explore this question, a full day is dedicated to ocean preservation, inviting reflection, questioning, imagination and debate around these challenges, bringing together professionals and committed stakeholders working on essential environmental issues. Films, discussions and powerful voices come together to tell stories, raise awareness and imagine new possible narratives.

Launched four years ago, this initiative is part of an ongoing dialogue between creativity and commitment, with the ambition of passing these issues on to both young filmmakers and the wider public.

A day rooted in Biarritz, a city shaped by the ocean, with which it shares a rare, singular and powerful bond.
