Hushpuppy, a six-year-old girl, lives in the bayou with her father. Suddenly, nature spirals out of control: temperatures rise, glaciers melt, unleashing an army of aurochs. As the waters rise, the aurochs appear, and her father’s health deteriorates, Hushpuppy sets out in search of her missing mother.
