At the end of the 1990s, Sasha, an eight-year-old girl, moves with her parents and brothers to Vancouver Island. Through her eyes, beneath the sun of an apparently peaceful summer, something begins to crack. Their new life is unsettled by the increasingly unpredictable behavior of her older brother, Jeremy.
